The 2026 season for mobile homes is divided into 6 periods:

• Low Season 1: March 14 to June 27, 2026 and August 29 to October 17, 2026.
• Low Season 2: June 27 to July 4, 2026.
• Mid Season 1: July 4 to July 18, 2026.
• High Season: July 18 to August 15, 2026.
• Mid Season 2: August 15 to August 22, 2026.
• Low Season 3: August 22 to August 29, 2026.

Pitches without tents are subject to the same rates from July 1 to August 31. Outside of these dates, pitches are 25% cheaper than during peak season. For pitch rates, please scroll to the bottom of this page. Tourist tax: €0.86 per person per night (18 years and older).

Rental Conditions for Mobile Homes:

RESERVATION

Your reservation will be effective upon receipt of the booking contract along with the booking fees: Deposit (deductible from rental fees) of 30% of the total cost of your stay + Booking Fee (not deductible from rental fees): €15.

You will receive a booking confirmation by email or post.

By signing the contract, you agree to abide by the campsite's internal regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 30 days before your stay.

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your stay, you will be charged the following penalties:

• Between 29 and 15 days before your stay: 20% of the total cost of your stay Stay
• Between 14 and 7 days before the stay: 35% of the total stay amount
• Between 6 and 2 days before the stay: 75% of the total stay amount
• Less than 48 hours before the stay: 100% of the total stay amount

However, you have the option of purchasing cancellation/interruption insurance by contacting Campez Couvert directly (www.campez-couvert.com).

The guarantee applies in all cases of cancellation if departure is prevented by a verifiable unforeseen event (accident, illness, death, etc.).

PAYMENT

The balance of the rental is payable in full no later than 1 month before the client's arrival.

Holiday vouchers are Accepted.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of departure after inspection of the accommodation.

The tenant will be held responsible for any missing items, breakages, or damage observed upon departure and will be required to pay for all damages.

Upon departure, you are responsible for cleaning the rental, including washing the dishes.

If the rental is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness, you will be charged €40.

STAY

Rentals are from Saturday at 3:00 PM to Saturday morning before 10:00 AM.

No discount will be given for late arrival or early departure.

Civil liability insurance is mandatory.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE :

Gas, Electricity (charging electric vehicles is prohibited)

Parking space for 1 car per 4 or 6 person mobile home and for 2 cars per 8 person mobile home. Additional car: €5.00 per night.

Access to the swimming pool (reserved for campers). Please note! Swim trunks are strictly prohibited and briefs are mandatory in the pool.

Cats and dogs other than those classified as dangerous (category 1 and 2) are accepted for a flat fee of €5.00 per night.

They must be constantly supervised, kept on a leash, and taken outside the campsite when needed. A valid rabies vaccination certificate and presentation of your health record upon arrival are mandatory. Tourist tax: €0.86 per person per night for those 18 years and older. STAY

Payment for your stay must be made upon arrival: payment by check on the day of arrival will not be accepted. Holiday vouchers are accepted.

Civil liability insurance is mandatory.

Cats and dogs (excluding breeds classified as category 1 and 2) must be kept on a leash. Rabies vaccination is mandatory.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Departure: Pitch must be vacated by 2:00 PM at the latest.

After this time, an additional night's charge will be applied.

Tourist tax: €0.86 per person per night (18 years and older).

Refrigerator rental: €40 per week
